Ms. Zamayirha Peter uses multimedia skills and her dynamic network and partner with individuals and organisations to build and advance their impact in communities across the globe.

As a Digital Communications Officer, Zamayirha has worked in six countries, including Zambia, Botswana, Eswatini, Angola, Malawi, and South Africa. She currently serves as Communications Manager for the National youth network ACTIVATE! Change Drivers, supporting South Africa's influential change-makers.

Her academic accomplishments include a Bachelor's and Honours Degree in Media and Journalism from the University of the Witwatersrand, alongside a Corporate Communications certificate. Beyond academia, she's been a panel moderator for significant events and holds board positions with the African Youth Development Fund and Youth for Women Foundation. A founder and director of Social Enterprise Ideas That Walk, she formerly served as Deputy President of the WITS SRC, achieving a 90% exclusion return rate for academically excluded students. The highlights of her career encompass interviews with prominent figures like South Africa's Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke and filmmaker Tyler Perry, coverage of high-profile events, and opportunities with major media outlets like The Daily Maverick and BBC Africa.
